Job DescriptionKey Co-op Responsibilities: Assist in the development of machine concepts and technical solutions for automotive sector requirements.
Support engineering projects through various phases, including initial concept, design, build, and
commissioning.
Help prepare and present technical concepts and system architectures to support project discussions.
Contribute to the coordination of multidisciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, controls,
manufacturing).
Support the tracking of technical scope, requirements, risks, schedules, and project deliverables.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for engineering standards and processes.
Potentially assist with on-site activities such as customer meetings, trials, and commissioning.
Preferred Skills: Previous coursework or project experience related to controls, automation, or mechatronics.
Understanding of the automotive industry or manufacturing processes.
Experience with CAD software (e.g. Autodesk inventor, AutoCAD), PLC programming, or HMI design.
Any prior internship or co-op experience in an industrial setting.
A curious mindset and a proactive approach to learning.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Automation, or a related
discipline).
Strong interest in special machinery, industrial automation, or manufacturing systems, particularly within the
automotive industry.
Familiarity with engineering principles, concept development, and system-level thinking.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
