Job Description:
You are a collaborative financial professional who is in search of an exciting role in BE finance. You have the ability to acquire and understand finance models/ processes/systems. You are highly motivated and work towards a result timely and accurately.
This is a critical role of the client's BE Finance team, supporting their AI Software Engineering team OPEX and GM forecast activities, with focus on monthly fcst tracking of OPEX/Bookings/Revenue/COGS, annual plan, and long-range plan initiatives. This role also helps automation initiatives and other Ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities
• Monthly/ Quarterly OPEX support for AI Software and Platform org budget, supports forecasting, hyperion budget submisstion, accrual and reporting • Monthly/Quarterly COGS support for AI Software and Platform Org, works with Enginner team to closely monitor Hosting Cost under control • P&L submission support: monthly P&L submission for AI Solutions (SUB BE) including Bookings Demontra Load, P&L hyperion load, Bookings, Revenue, Cost, ARR, RRDR submissions etc.
• Monthly Gross Margin file refresh.
• Monthly tracking of acquisitions fcst on WD+3.
• Support Annual Planning/Long Range Planning submission.
• Drive financial operational improvements, reporting automation and other efficiencies.
• Other Ad hoc projects
Who You'll Work With
Central BE FP&A, AI Solutions BU team
Minimum requirements:
• Experience with BE finance forecast process, be able to dive in and deliver results within tight timeline
• Experience with various financial tools (e.g. Business Objects, and Excel)
• Attention to detail, Finance, Accounting or Economics background, 8+ year experience
• Work independently, effectively and proactively in a fast-paced environment

You will be working with the Controllers to support the business, and submissions to BE Central FP&A team.
