Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our quality engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance testing strategies to ensure system scalability, reliability, and stability of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests.
Analyze application performance metrics and identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, and scalability issues.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts and frameworks.
Collaborate with developers, DevOps teams, and architects to resolve performance issues.
Monitor system performance using APM and monitoring tools.
Prepare performance test reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Support performance tuning activities across application, database, and infrastructure layers.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Performance Testing / Engineering.
Strong experience with tools such as:
- JMeter
- LoadRunner
- Gatling
- NeoLoad
Experience with APM tools like:
- Dynatrace
- AppDynamics
- New Relic
- Grafana
Knowledge of API performance testing and microservices architecture.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Strong knowledge of SQL and database performance tuning.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in distributed systems and high-volume applications.
Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java, or Groovy).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
