Kforce has a client in New York, NY that is seeking a Business Analyst - Digital Fraud.

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a strategic Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) roadmap initiative. This role will partner with business stakeholders, product teams, security teams, and technology organizations to gather requirements, define user stories, and support solution delivery across identity, trust, compliance, and fraud-prevention services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis experience within identity and security programs and be comfortable supporting requirements management, process design, UI/UX collaboration, user acceptance testing, go-to-market activities, and end-user training initiatives.

Responsibilities:
* Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business, operations, compliance, and technology stakeholders
* Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
* Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
* Support solution design, development, testing, implementation, and production readiness activities
* Partner with UX/UI teams to capture and refine customer and end-user requirements
* Collaborate with product, security, compliance, and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and requirements clarification
* Assist with training materials, change management, and go-to-market activities
* Analyze current-state and future-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement
* Ensure business requirements align with security, privacy, compliance, and risk objectives

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
* Experience supporting identity, security, compliance, or digital transformation initiatives
* Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments
* Experience supporting testing, UAT, and production deployments
* Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions

Preferred Qualifications:
* Banking, financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industry experience
* Experience supporting enterprise identity, security, or compliance programs
* Experience supporting customer-facing digital platforms and UX initiatives
* Knowledge of CIAM, IAM, KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and privacy regulations
* Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools

Experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Identity & Access Management (IAM): Access governance, entitlements, authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management
* Identity Verification & Trust: KYC, customer due diligence, and identity validation
* Privacy & Consent Management: Consent platforms, privacy controls, and data governance
* Content & Records Management: Enterprise document management, records retention, and information governance
* Risk, Compliance & Security: Regulatory compliance, risk controls, AML, fraud prevention, and security governance

Experience with one or more of the following:
* Okta
* Twilio
* Fenergo
* Transmit Security
* Incode
* LexisNexis (ThreatMetrix, Phone Finder, Emailage)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
