Key Responsibilities
Power Automate, UCS, and OSI PI
The Power Automate Specialist -Finance & Accounting will play a key role in evaluating,
redesigning, and governing workflow automations that support core finance functions. This
position will work closely with finance, IT, and audit stakeholders to improve efficiency, strengthen
controls, and support long-term automation strategy
Responsibilities include reviewing existing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps used across Finance & Accounting, documenting current-state processes, identifying redundancies and gaps, and creating a roadmap for modernization and improvement.
This role will also help establish standards and governance for the Power Platform environment,
including architecture, naming conventions, documentation, security, approval processes, and
version control. The specialist will support access controls and data governance requirements
aligned with financial compliance standards and internal controls.
Additional responsibilities include refactoring and optimizing existing workflows, developing new automation solutions that integrate with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and implementing scheduled orreal-time data synchronization across systems. The role will also leverage Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps to improve visibility, consistency, and audit readiness for key finance processes.
This position may also support training and knowledge transfer by developing documentation,
delivering user training, and helping internal teams adopt best practices for automation, governance, and ongoing maintenance.
