Job Title: Informatica IDMC Engineer
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Travel: Up to 40% travel as needed to Plano, TX / Dallas, TX / New York, NY
Job Overview:
Looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Informatica IDMC Technical Lead to drive enterprise cloud data integration initiatives and provide technical leadership.
Required Skills:
· 10+ years of Informatica experience with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
· Hands-on experience configuring and administering IDMC environments, including Secure Agents, connections, runtime environments, and platform setup.
· Strong experience with IDMC services such as Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), Data Governance & Catalog, and Data Lineage.
· Experience designing enterprise Data Quality solutions, metadata management, lineage, profiling, and governance.
· Experience integrating structured and unstructured data sources.
· Strong knowledge of performance tuning, workload optimization, and cloud cost optimization.
· Ability to define architecture, best practices, coding standards, and technical playbooks for development teams.
· Experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and communicating with technical and business leadership.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Must remain hands-on with solution design, development, and troubleshooting.
Educational Qualifications:
- Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
- Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.
Travel:
· Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
