This hybrid infrastructure analyst role involves providing comprehensive IT support and maintaining network infrastructure in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain and support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Manage security protocols, including firewall configurations, with emphasis on Palo Alto devices.
  • Monitor network performance and implement necessary improvements.
  • Document incident reports, resolutions, and system configurations accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and optimize IT infrastructure.
  • Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with security policies and industry standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as needed.
  • Contribute to infrastructure upgrades and project initiatives to enhance system performance.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in IT service desk and infrastructure support.
  • Proven network experience, including troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls is a strong plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills for user support and technical documentation.
  • Availability to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

  • Experience in a hybrid work environment preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Palo Alto certifications are advantageous.

Publishing Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 Hourly
