Job Title: Senior E- Commerce Project Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Pay Rate: $55.00 - $75.00 /Hourly Rate
Contract Layout: 1+ Year Contract to Permanent Hire
Responsibilities- Responsible for driving strategic transformational projects across the organization that require extensive cross-functional collaboration, detailed planning, and flawless execution.
- Possess a high degree of flexibility and ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment.
- Manage full project life cycle (Initiation to Close) in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid Methodologies
- Act as the single point of contact for all delivery streams on the projects as it relates to software development, system integrations, certifications, quality assurance, and deployment into production environment.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, partners, integrators, and internal resources such as engineers, system integration analysts, etc.
- Responsible for leading Agile/Scrum efforts as well as experience creating and managing to a project schedule.
- Closely align with client and vendor project managers on timely and successful delivery
- Provide guidance on implementation efforts to make sure they are on track and foresee any issues and how to remediate them ahead of time.
- Interface closely with the development team and all areas affected by the project including end users, IT support, and client services.
- Organizes and facilitates Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, review, retrospective and daily standups)
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Supports and educates the team to best align with the Agile processes where implemented.
- Maintain RAID logs and timely escalation of risks and issues.
- Work closely with senior management to design and build release dashboards/metrics.
- Conflict management - Resolve conflicts and issue as they occur.
- Project administration and the timely production of project documentation, e.g. project plans, status reports, metrics etc.
- Participates in the development and execution of budgets, sales and marketing plans and other strategic tools.
- Independently manage multiple highly complex and multi-year projects
- Manage and track all deliverables to the work/project plan, own the plan, ensure on time, on scope and on budget delivery.
Requirements- 8+ years' experience managing medium to high complex projects.
- Retail/E-Commerce experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience managing multiple, large, highly complex projects & programs successfully
- Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies
- Self-motivation & sense of urgency to drive results and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
