Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Urbandale, IA-Possible for remote

Figma: Hands-on experience required.

Portfolio: Must include a portfolio link on the resume.

 

Experience: 5-6 years of product design and UX experience.

Core Skills: User research, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and UI design.

UX Focus: Website and mobile application design with a user-centered approach.

Additional Skills: Style guides, brand consistency, design standards, and production-ready interfaces.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with strong UX/product design experience rather than a primarily graphic design background.

Evaluation: Candidates must clearly explain their portfolio projects, design decisions, and individual contributions.
