Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced A319 Retrofit Interiors Engineer to provide support for cabin electrical systems, including In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) and WiFi systems. This role involves working on repairs, alterations, and reliability improvements for cabin electrical systems. The position is 100% on-site at SV8 in DFW, with in-person work preferred for local candidates, though virtual work is acceptable.
Responsibilities: - Provide support for cabin electrical IFE and WiFi systems.
- Support repair and alterations of cabin electrical systems via Engineering Orders (EO) or Engineering Authorizations (EA).
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to create or revise task cards, AMM, IPC, AWDM, and CMMs for cabin electrical systems.
- Investigate and develop fixes for reliability issues in cabin electrical systems.
- Work with suppliers and OEMs to develop alterations to existing systems, including potential removal and replacement of systems or components.
- Support line operations by reviewing daily out-of-service aircraft or degraded systems and providing technical support.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred). Engineering Technology or Engineering Management degrees are not acceptable.
- Ten or more years of experience in aircraft In-Flight Entertainment, WiFi, or aircraft cabin electrical systems.
- Experience with airline processes and procedures; experience with AA is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a group, self-motivated, and capable of prioritizing workload and managing multiple high-priority tasks.

Pay Range: $55- $58
