Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Business Intelligence Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into sprint-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Design and support business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reporting capabilities using enterprise analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize work, manage scope, and ensure successful delivery of BI initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, support Agile planning activities, and maintain project and technical documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, business analysis, SQL, reporting, and Agile project delivery.

Technical Skills
|
SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Dashboard Development, Requirements Documentation, Data Visualization
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Business Analysis, SAFe Agile, Client Facilitation, Project Management, Requirements Gathering, Stakeholder Management
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
|
|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with Workers' Compensation or similar insurance/public sector environments.
- Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
