Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder collaboration and client facilitation sessions.
- Translate business requirements into sprint-ready user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support backlog prioritization.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation, support solution design, and participate in Agile ceremonies throughout the SDLC.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in technical business analysis, requirements management, SQL, and Agile software development projects.

|
Technical Skills
|
SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Requirements Analysis, User Story Development, Acceptance Criteria, Technical Documentation, SDLC
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Business Analysis, SAFe Agile, Client Facilitation, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Business Process Analysis
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
|
|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise data and analytics initiatives using SQL, Databricks, and Tableau.
- Familiarity with Workers' Compensation or other insurance/public sector environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with experience working in Agile teams.
