A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Technical Writer
 
Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Charlotte, NC
 
As a Senior Technical Writer, you will:
Senior Technical Writer responsible for possess the ability to understand complex architectures, APIs, system interactions, payment flows, and platform designs.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation
  • Document service interfaces, request/response structures, authentication methods, integration patterns, and usage guidelines
  • Develop technical onboarding materials for internal and external consumers of platform APIs
  • Maintain documentation supporting hundreds of payment-related integration points
 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Technical Documentation Strategy
  • API & Integration Documentation
  • Payment Platform Knowledge Management

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $38 - $42 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
