This position will design, engineer, and advance enterprise security and data-driven solutions. The role leads the strategy and resolution of complex challenges, particularly in risk reporting and analytics, applying advanced industry techniques to deliver long-term outcomes. It plays a key part in transformation and modernization efforts in support of a data-driven, highly automated organization within the overall cyber data strategy. This role requires agility to respond to leadership requests for data and reporting, and to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- * Design and implement security architecture and defense strategies. * Enable security automation and DevSecOps practices. * Drive continuous improvement aligned with regulatory standards. * Collaborate with product owners and key partners to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions. * Explore advanced technologies such as machine learning and AI.
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, or longer-term engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent, demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. Must have lead experience.
Technical Skills: Expertise in Power BI, Fabric, Python, and Alteryx is required. A strong understanding of automation and data execution is essential.
Work Location
This position requires an onsite presence in Minneapolis, MN. Consideration may be given to candidates in Charlotte, NC, Des Moines, IA, or San Antonio, TX. For an ideal candidate, Chandler, AZ may also be an option.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $81.00 to $87.00 per hour. Please note that the exact pay rate will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and location.
