Job Description
- We are seeking a senior level User Experience (UX) Designer to partner closely with business stakeholders, business system analysts, and delivery teams to define and deliver high quality user experiences across digital products.
- This role blends strategic thinking with hands on design execution and provides UX leadership and mentorship to junior designers.
- The ideal candidate is collaborative, systems oriented, and comfortable operating across discovery, design, and delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and business system analysts to translate business needs into intuitive, user centered design solutions
- Lead end to end UX efforts including discovery, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for web based products
- Create and maintain high quality design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using Figma
- Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams in an agile environment to ensure UX solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business goals
- Synthesize user research, business requirements, and system constraints into clear, actionable design decisions
- Provide UX leadership through design reviews, feedback, and best practice guidance; mentor junior UX designers and help elevate overall design quality
- Advocate for consistent, accessible, and usable experiences across platforms and products
- Contribute to the evolution of UX standards, design systems, and processes
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant UX design experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex UX work
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and analysts
- Proficiency with Figma for UX and visual design
- Solid understanding of user centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
- Experience translating research and requirements into effective UX solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to both technical and non technical audiences
Preferred:
- Experience or familiarity with AI assisted design workflows (e.g., generative design concepts, AI supported research synthesis) or general exposure to AI in UX contexts
- Prior experience mentoring or leading junior UX designers
- Familiarity with HTML and front end concepts to support effective collaboration with development teams
