Job Title: Application Portfolio Manager
Location: Overland Park, Kansas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of enterprise engineering systems and desktop applications. Our team is focused on enabling high performance engineering outcomes at scale by aligning technology capabilities with business needs and continuous innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive timely resolution of technology maintenance and end-user support needs, championing continuous improvement and root cause analysis for deployed enterprise engineering systems.
- Define and maintain technology and application roadmaps to ensure solutions are secure, resilient, scalable, and aligned with industry standards and vendor lifecycles.
- Manage relationships with key software providers to achieve business outcomes and optimize vendor solutions and services.
- Lead and develop a small team responsible for executing portfolio work, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities and strategic objectives.
Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, engineering and construction practices, and engineering applications, including leading large-scale projects and initiatives in a complex organization.
- Experience managing the application lifecycle for desktop, cloud, and hosted engineering solutions from key software providers, including Autodesk, Bentley, Hexagon, AVEVA, and Esri.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies, enterprise data and systems integration, and software/systems architecture design.
