Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Data Management & Healthcare Integration to lead enterprise healthcare integration operations and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong operational leadership experience supporting secure and reliable data exchange across clinical, financial, and revenue cycle systems. This role requires expertise in healthcare interoperability standards, enterprise interface engines, and team leadership.

The candidate will oversee integration services, manage interface operations, mentor technical teams, and ensure seamless interoperability across healthcare systems while maintaining compliance with healthcare security regulations.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in healthcare IT integration, interoperability, or interface development
2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams
Experience supporting enterprise healthcare integration platforms and interface engines
Experience delivering healthcare integration solutions across clinical and operational systems
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and interoperability requirements
Demonstrated leadership in operational delivery and integration management
Experience with healthcare security and compliance requirements including HIPAA

Key Responsibilities
Integration Operations & Delivery
Oversee day-to-day operations of enterprise integration environments supporting clinical, financial, and operational systems
Manage design, development, testing, implementation, and support of healthcare interfaces
Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of interface platforms including InterSystems IRIS, Rhapsody, Summit, Cloverleaf, and Mirth
Establish and maintain integration standards, documentation, and operational procedures
Support enterprise integration initiatives related to application implementations, upgrades, and deployments
Monitor interface performance and resolve operational issues
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor a team of integration engineers and analysts
Establish operational goals, KPIs, and development plans
Ensure appropriate staffing and workload management
Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Conduct performance reviews and support career development
Integration Project Support
Lead integration delivery efforts for enterprise IT initiatives
Coordinate activities with application teams, infrastructure teams, project managers, vendors, and clinical stakeholders
Ensure integration deliverables align with architecture standards and timelines
Support testing, validation, and deployment across multiple environments
Vendor Management
Collaborate with vendors supporting interoperability and integration solutions
Monitor vendor performance and service quality
Assist with product evaluations, upgrades, and enhancements
Act as liaison for issue resolution between internal teams and vendors
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Implement proactive monitoring and incident management processes
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare security requirements
Maintain operational procedures and support documentation
Drive process improvements focused on reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing large-scale healthcare integration environments
Knowledge of healthcare interoperability frameworks and standards
Experience with enterprise data management and integration strategies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
