Job Title: ServiceNow Architect ITSM

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in ITSM implementations and enterprise ServiceNow platform architecture. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience designing scalable ServiceNow solutions
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Define platform governance, CMDB strategy, and best practices.
Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Architect and implement ITSM modules including:
o Incident Management
o Problem Management
o Change Management
o Request Management
o Knowledge Management
o Service Catalog
Design integrations with third-party enterprise tools using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and web services.
Drive CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management initiatives.
Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators, and support teams.
Ensure platform security, performance optimization, and compliance standards.
Participate in architecture reviews, release planning, and platform roadmap discussions.
Support Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
Required Skills
12+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM suite.
Experience with:
o CMDB
o Discovery
o Service Mapping
o IntegrationHub
o Flow Designer
o Service Portal
o UI Builder
o Performance Analytics
Strong scripting experience using:
o JavaScript
o Glide APIs
o Business Rules
o Script Includes
o Client Scripts
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Azure AD, Jira, monitoring tools, and HR systems.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
Experience in enterprise architecture, governance, and platform optimization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Preferred
ServiceNow CIS-ITSM Certification
