Senior Digital Optimization & Experimentation Analyst to lead data-driven testing initiatives that enhance digital customer experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role will focus on designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
You will serve as a subject matter expert in experimentation, partnering cross-functionally to deliver high-impact optimization strategies grounded in analytics and customer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:Experimentation & Testing- Design, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels (websites, mobile apps, landing pages, and campaigns)
- Develop statistically sound hypotheses based on data insights and business objectives
- Ensure tests are executed accurately, leveraging platform tools and QA processes
- Monitor live tests to identify and mitigate performance degradation
Data Analysis & Insights- Analyze test results using statistical methods to determine significance and impact
- Translate experimentation data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Develop dashboards and detailed analytical reports using Adobe Analytics and testing platforms
- Synthesize complex datasets to support informed decision-making
Tool Utilization- Optimizely
- Conduct test check-ins to monitor performance and detect issues
- Use QA tools to validate metrics and ensure proper tracking
- Present dashboards and insights to stakeholders
- Adobe Analytics
- Validate traffic, KPIs, and tracking accuracy within test plans
- Build and maintain dashboards to support ongoing analysis
- Provide deeper reporting beyond testing platform capabilities
- Glassbox
- Review session recordings to investigate anomalies in user behavior
- Identify usability issues and behavioral trends within test variants
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with product, marketing, UX/design, and engineering teams to define testing goals and priorities
- Collaborate with front-end development teams to ensure seamless test implementation
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
Strategy & Advocacy- Promote a data-driven, customer-centric approach to digital experience optimization
- Contribute to optimization strategy across usability, UX, design, and information architecture
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in experimentation
Required Qualifications:- 6+ years of progressive experience in a business or technical role performing quantitative and qualitative analysis
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, or VWO
- 4+ years of experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or WebTrends
- Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights
- Strong understanding of statistical testing methodologies and experimentation best practices
- Experience working with or understanding testing platform technical specifications and capabilities
- Proven ability to deliver impactful digital experience and engagement strategies across web and mobile
Preferred Skills:- Experience with Glassbox or similar session replay tools
- Familiarity with re-engineering challenges within complex digital ecosystems
- Experience working in large, cross-functional or enterprise environments
