Summary

We're looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to support strategic Salesforce initiatives within a commercial transformation program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering across business and technology teams to shape future-state processes, strengthen requirements, and help deliver scalable solutions in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis efforts for Salesforce-focused initiatives, including requirements gathering, process improvement, and solution definition.
  • Assess current-state and future-state workflows to help align business capabilities across teams and systems.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, and delivery teams to support alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to Salesforce CRM consolidation, integration planning, data migration, reporting, and analytics work.
  • Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and business reviews to keep workstreams moving forward.
  • Support testing, solution validation, deployment readiness, and adoption activities to help ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and change impacts across multiple workstreams and help drive resolution.
  • Apply Agile and business analysis best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise applications or transformation programs.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience, ideally with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud.
  • Strong background in requirements management, process design, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
  • Experience supporting enterprise integrations and data migration efforts.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using Jira and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting Salesforce workstreams during mergers, acquisitions, or business integration programs.
  • Exposure to Salesforce and SAP integrations, including customer, product, or order-to-cash processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and migration methods.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or AI-enabled business processes.
  • Experience in commercial operations, customer engagement, patient-focused workflows, or healthcare-related environments.
  • Background in reporting and analytics tools such as Snowflake or Power BI.
  • Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant, Scrum Master, or CBAP/PMI-PBA.
