Job title: Oracle HCM And finance Business Systems Analyst

Location: NY - 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document HCM business requirements across Planning,
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and end-to-end HCM process flows.
• Partner with solution architects and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Support HCM data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and cutover readiness.
• Develop and execute HCM test scenarios for SIT, UAT, and regression testing; coordinate defect resolution.
• Support change management activities, including impact assessments, communications, training materials, and user readiness.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support to ensure successful adoption.
• Serve as a functional point of contact for post-go-live HCM support, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Assess and support testing for Oracle Fusion HCM quarterly updates and new functionality.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of HCM processes and configurations.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise system implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Prior experience with JDE/JDA systems is strongly preferred.
• Experience with data migration, system testing, and user training.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience working as an IT Business / Systems Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise system implementations.
• Proven experience in working with all levels of business users eliciting requirements and creating requirements documents.
