Description
We are looking for an experienced Integrations Developer to join our team on a long-term contract in a fully remote position, supporting Oracle HCM Cloud initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining complex integrations, extracts, and reporting solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing system functionality.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM Extracts and integrations with external systems such as PeopleSoft, EBS, ADP, and Kronos.
Perform data mapping, conversions, and bulk data loads using HDL and related tools, supporting ongoing data maintenance.
Develop BI Publisher reports, templates (eText/RTF), and generate EDI/EFT files in multiple formats.
Build dashboards, analytics, and reports using OBIEE to enable real-time business insights.
Configure Oracle HCM workflows, approval hierarchies, and security models using BPM tools.
Participate in SDLC activities, including testing (UAT), troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules.
Proven expertise in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications and test scenarios.
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and end-to-end test lifecycle activities.
Solid understanding of HR business processes and system integrations within Oracle HCM environments.
Proficiency in documentation, including test plans, requirements, and risk assessments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.
