Job Summary

Seeking a senior Product Manager to lead enterprise Amazon Connect/Contact Center products, including strategy, roadmap, migration, adoption, and optimization.

Key Skills

12+ years in Product Management/Product Ownership
Amazon Connect / Contact Center / CCaaS
AWS/Cloud, IVR, Telephony, Omnichannel, WebRTC
Product strategy, roadmap, discovery, backlog & release management
Agile/Scrum, SDLC, APIs & system integrations
Customer experience and stakeholder management
KPI/Analytics and data-driven product decisions
AI/GenAI experience preferred
CSPO/Pragmatic certification is a plus

Must be local and available for 5 days onsite in Plano, TX.
