Position Overview

The Salesforce is responsible for overseeing the administration, ongoing enhancements, and overall performance of the Salesforce platform within the Application Services function. This role ensures platform stability, data integrity, user effectiveness, and continuous improvement in alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, document, and manage changes within the Salesforce platform.
  • Maintain platform performance, data integrity, and security standards.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to support user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Lead data migration efforts and support ongoing data quality initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements or new system functionality.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • Build and manage automated workflows and process automation tools within Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Current Salesforce Administrator or equivalent certification.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or developing Salesforce or comparable cloud-based applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability.
  • Analytical, proactive, and process-driven approach to system management.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
