Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead enterprise-level IT and software development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, project delivery, and stakeholder management.

This role involves collaborating with Product Owners, development teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project execution, timely delivery, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage enterprise-level Agile software development and IT projects.
  • Define project scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release planning, and project delivery activities.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and team commitments.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including user stories, burnup/burndown charts, and release plans.
  • Remove project roadblocks and improve team efficiency.
  • Drive Agile best practices, project governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, MIS, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of Agile project management and software development processes.
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience managing project risks, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Experience managing Agile software development projects.
  • Certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP.
  • Experience with enterprise-level technology projects and Agile process improvements.

Ideal Candidate


An experienced Agile or IT Project Manager with a strong background in software delivery, Agile methodologies, Jira/Confluence, and cross-functional team leadership. Candidates with Scrum Master experience and project management certifications are highly preferred.

Pay Range: $80 - $90

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
