Description
* Lead and support activities that guide the development and management of a portfolio of solutions.
* Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives.
* Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure a robust architectural runway supporting future business requirements.
* Monitor the current-state solution portfolio for deficiencies and misalignment with business requirements.
* Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software platforms and services.
* Deliver standard definitions, reference models, and architecture designs to support architectural governance.
* Design and direct governance activities ensuring solutions architecture assurance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and design solutions that meet business requirements and integrate with existing systems.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Promote best practices in architecture and ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Create and maintain detailed documentation of solutions, including architecture diagrams and process flows.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
* Conduct analysis and develop future state roadmap for consolidation of learning platforms.
* Drive automation across the entire portfolio and develop the future state roadmap for enabling enterprise chat and self-service functions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
* 8 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on supporting HRIS functions.
* 5 years of experience building integrations with various platforms.
* Experience in developing target state architecture for Workforce Management and Payroll solutions.
* Knowledge of integration with multiple platforms.
* Experience in building analytics and reporting leveraging various tools.
