Role: Project Manager Behavioral Health Business Operations Location: Martinez, CA (3 days onsite) Duration: 6 to 9 Months Contract to Hire
Summary: The Client is seeking a Project Manager to lead key business operations initiatives within the Behavioral Health Division. The Project Manager will drive cross-functional execution, coordinate progress toward key outcomes (such as timeliness to services, reductions in no-shows, and successful implementation of programs), and ensure alignment across operational and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Coordinate with operational leads, clinical leadership, Quality department, Business Intelligence, and IT teams.
• Facilitate progress reporting and executive updates.
• Drive effective cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
• Maintain project documentation and track performance metrics.
• Utilize organizational tools and processes developed by Behavioral Health Leadership
• Coordinate project meetings including setting meeting agenda, notes and action items
• Monitor project impact, track, and report result on clinical quality and patient experience metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor' required, Master' in Behavioral Science, Public Health, or related field preferred
• 4+ years PM/analyst experience in healthcare, including &Client;2 yrs performing quality measurement or quality improvement activities
• Experience managing operational healthcare projects.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with healthcare operations and change management (required).
• Familiarity with Epic EHR preferred (ambulatory)
• Certifications: PMP or Certified Scrum Master (preferred).
