Summary

Role: Project Manager Behavioral Health Business Operations Location: Martinez, CA (3 days onsite) Duration: 6 to 9 Months Contract to Hire
Summary: The Client is seeking a Project Manager to lead key business operations initiatives within the Behavioral Health Division. The Project Manager will drive cross-functional execution, coordinate progress toward key outcomes (such as timeliness to services, reductions in no-shows, and successful implementation of programs), and ensure alignment across operational and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
Coordinate with operational leads, clinical leadership, Quality department, Business Intelligence, and IT teams.
Facilitate progress reporting and executive updates.
Drive effective cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
Maintain project documentation and track performance metrics.
Utilize organizational tools and processes developed by Behavioral Health Leadership
Coordinate project meetings including setting meeting agenda, notes and action items
Monitor project impact, track, and report result on clinical quality and patient experience metrics

Qualifications:

Bachelor' required, Master' in Behavioral Science, Public Health, or related field preferred
4+ years PM/analyst experience in healthcare, including &Client;2 yrs performing quality measurement or quality improvement activities
Experience managing operational healthcare projects.
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with healthcare operations and change management (required).
Familiarity with Epic EHR preferred (ambulatory)
Certifications: PMP or Certified Scrum Master (preferred).
