We are seeking a senior Program Manager to support a large-scale transformation initiative within Loans and Mortgage Processing. This role will play a critical part in driving program governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination across a complex financial services modernization effort.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing enterprise programs, particularly within lending or mortgage domains, and thrives in environments involving legacy platform transformation and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program governance and PMO functions for a large-scale transformation initiative
- Drive executive-level reporting, including status updates, KPIs, risks, and milestones
- Manage cross-program dependencies, ensuring alignment across business and technology workstreams
- Coordinate with stakeholders across lending operations, mortgage servicing, and technology teams
- Track and manage risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
- Support organizational readiness and change management activities across impacted teams
- Facilitate program-level forums, steering committees, and decision-making processes
- Ensure delivery alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and regulatory considerations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in program management within financial services
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation or modernization programs
- Strong background in PMO, governance, and enterprise program delivery
- Expertise in stakeholder management across business and technology organizations
- Experience with dependency management, risk/issue tracking, and executive reporting
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage servicing, loan servicing, or broader lending (Single Family) domain
- Exposure to mainframe modernization or legacy platform transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in lending environments
- Experience supporting change management and business readiness efforts
