Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails and Python (Flask)
Build and manage admin panels and internal tools
Develop and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL (with exposure to MSSQL connections)
Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails (RoR), including admin panel development
Solid backend experience in Python, specifically with the Flask framework
Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization
Experience working with MSSQL connections/integrations
Good understanding of backend architecture and best practices
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
