Position :: Training and Support Lead

Location :: Remote

Type of position :: Long-term contract

Must have

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT training with at least 4 years in a healthcare delivery setting
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with clinicians and healthcare professionals
• Strong understanding of business intelligence tools, function, and business application
• Experience in identifying and creating reporting tools to solve business challenges

Primary Skills:-

* Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related business fields

* Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT training with at least 4 years in a healthcare delivery setting

* Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with clinicians and healthcare professionals

* Strong understanding of business intelligence tools, function, and business application

* Demonstrated experience in identifying and creating reporting tools to solve business challenges

* Demonstrated experience working with the Looker reporting platform

* Demonstrated understanding of healthcare analytics

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms
