Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to market our bench consultants (H1B, OPT/CPT, and other work-authorized candidates) to Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners across the US. The ideal candidate has a strong network of vendors and a proven track record of closing consultants quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market bench consultants daily to vendors, prime clients, and job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
• Submit consultants for open requirements and follow up through interview and placement
• Negotiate rates with vendors/clients and coordinate with consultants
• Maintain and update hotlist regularly; broadcast to vendor database
• Coordinate with the recruitment team on RTRs, submissions, and documentation
• Track submissions, interviews, and placements in the ATS/CRM

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-4 years of proven experience in bench sales / US IT staffing
• Strong existing network of Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
• Experience marketing consultants on OPT, CPT, H1B, and visa statuses
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and vendor management systems (VMS)
• Ability to work US business hours (EST)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing hotlist distribution network
• Experience with sub-vendor tiering and MSA/vendor onboarding processes
• Prior experience with state or public-sector procurement vehicles is a plus
