Hi All

We are seeking a versatile Business Analyst & QA Analyst to support both requirements analysis and quality assurance activities. This hybrid role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions are well-defined, thoroughly tested, and aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
Create process flows, wireframes, and documentation as needed
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution
Review requirements and user stories to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans
Identify, log, and track defects through resolution
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before release

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
0 - 6 yrs of experience in a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or hybrid BA/QA role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data validation
