Summary

Instructional Designer (Epic Tapestry & Compass Rose)

Location: Louisville, KY (Remote)

Required Skills:

Experience with Epic Tapestry and Compass Rose applications.
Develop curriculum, training plans, and instructional materials for Epic EHR.
Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing Epic application support.
Participate in training environment (MST) validation and production testing.
Collaborate with the Epic Training Manager to develop and enhance training content.
Create skills assessments and evaluate learner performance.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training logistics.
Strong curriculum development, adult learning, and communication skills.
Work closely with SMEs, clinical teams, and project stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Epic training environment configuration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of e-learning development, assessments, and training documentation.
Experience supporting Epic upgrades, enhancements, and personalization labs.
