Role & Responsibilities -
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key P&C insurance clients. Build trusted partnerships, understand client business needs, manage expectations, and ensure high satisfaction with analytics and AI-driven solutions.

Strategic Leadership: Lead and support strategic initiatives and roadmap development for analytics, AI, and digital transformation projects. Collaborate with senior leadership and clients to define project objectives and deliverables.

Data & Analytics Strategy: Oversee the application of advanced data analytics and AI solutions to address complex insurance challenges. Guide teams to develop data-driven insights that inform client decision-making.

Project Delivery & Execution: Ensure successful and timely delivery of analytics projects, including P&C insurance data models, AI algorithms, dashboards, and reporting tools-all aligned with client goals and industry standards.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, managing communication, expectations, and project updates.

Client Growth & Business Development: Partner with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities, contribute to proposals and RFP responses, and support business expansion with existing clients.

Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.

Technical Expertise: Utilize and guide teams in advanced analytics tools and techniques, including SQL, Power BI, SAS, and Generative AI. Ensure best practices in data processing, modeling, and visualization.

Candidate Profile ####
Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree strongly preferred.

Experience -
15-30 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on insurance analytics.
- Deep expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain is
required.

Technical Skills - Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and SAS.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and advanced analytics tools.
- Strong data modeling, visualization, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Exposure to additional analytics tools and languages (Python, R) is a plus.
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI algorithms relevant to the insurance industry.
