Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst to support the team in understanding business needs and helping translate them into clear requirements. In this role, you will work with different teams to gather information, document processes, and assist in improving systems or workflows. You will also help ensure that the solutions developed by the technical team meet the business expectations. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys problem solving, learning about business operations, and working closely with both business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
• Work with team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and project goals.
• Gather and organize business requirements and related information.
• Assist in preparing requirement documents, reports, and process descriptions.
• Communicate business requirements with developers, testers, and other team members.
• Support the team in reviewing systems or applications to ensure they meet business needs.
• Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items when required.
• Help identify opportunities to improve business processes.
• Maintain and update documentation related to project requirements.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand business problems and think about possible solutions.
• Basic knowledge of business processes and documentation.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
