Title: Senior Quadient Inspire Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quadient Inspire Engineer with a strong IT and software engineering background to join the Customer Communications Management (CCM) team.

This role is focused on customer communication generation and orchestration, not just document/template creation. You will work on high-volume, enterprise-grade communication solutions across multiple channels and formats.

Note: This is a senior engineering role, not a template-only or design-focused position.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale CCM solutions using Quadient Inspire
• Build and support multi-channel customer communications, including:
• Printed and digital documents
• Customer emails
• Reports and system-generated outputs
• Generate and manage outputs in industry-standard formats such as PDF and AFP
• Integrate Quadient Inspire with upstream and downstream systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define communication requirements and delivery channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to:
• Data
• Formatting & rendering
• Accessibility
• Performance
• Ensure all communications meet ADA/WCAG accessibility, compliance, security, audit, and regulatory standards
• Participate in SDLC activities including design reviews, testing, releases, and documentation
• Develop data-driven, reusable communication components using Quadient Inspire modules:
• Inspire Designer
• Inspire Automation / Scaler
• Inspire Interactive
• Content Manager
• Approve Workflow

Required Qualifications (Must Have) – Candidates must meet ALL of the following:

Certifications

• Quadient Inspire Certifications in:
• Inspire Designer
• Inspire Scalar
• Inspire Interactive

Experience

• 5+ years of professional IT or software engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Quadient Inspire experience in a production enterprise environment
• Proven experience building end-to-end document generation solutions (not just templates)
• Strong understanding of data-driven document composition
• Experience working in enterprise environments with SDLC, QA, and release processes

Technical Skills

• Programming experience in one or more of:
• Groovy Script
• JavaScript
• Python
• Strong understanding of multi-channel communication orchestration

Preferred / Strongly Desired Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume, customer-facing communications
• Experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms in regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, financial services)
• Experience with API-based integrations (REST & SOAP)
• Experience ensuring accessibility and compliance (ADA, WCAG)
• Experience supporting multi-channel output strategies (print, email, digital delivery)
• SQL skills, including querying and validating data from relational databases
• Experience with platform modernization or SaaS/cloud migration initiatives

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Equivalent experience may be considered only with strong Quadient Inspire expertise

Additional Notes

• This is a hands-on engineering + architecture role
• Requires experience in high-volume, production-grade environments
• Not suitable for candidates focused only on template design
