Job Description:

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Junior BSS Architect with telecom domain experience to support the design and evolution of Business Support Systems (BSS) across broadband, video, and voice service environments.
• This role will assist in building scalable, high-performance BSS solutions supporting customer lifecycle management, billing, product catalog, and order orchestration for large-scale subscriber bases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and implementing scalable BSS architecture for telecom services (Internet, TV, Voice, Mobile)
• Support integration and enhancement of core BSS components:
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Billing & Revenue Management
• Order Management & Orchestration
• Product Catalog & Offer Management
• Work across systems to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle
• Contribute to API-driven architecture using TM Forum Open APIs
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical designs
• Assist in integrating BSS systems with OSS layers (provisioning, activation, inventory)
• Support data mapping, system integration, and architecture documentation
• Participate in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support
• Ensure adherence to telecom architecture standards and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in telecom BSS/OSS environments
• Understanding of key BSS domains:
• CRM (customer lifecycle management)
• Billing (postpaid/prepaid, invoicing, collections)
• Order Management (capture, validation, orchestration)
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations
• Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
