Job Description:
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, HAM, SAM, SPM, and related modules.
- Define scalable architecture aligned with business requirements and platform best practices.
Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to develop architectural roadmaps and implementation strategies.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Customization & Configuration
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules using best practices.
- Ensure system scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.
Integration Development
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems such as:
- LDAP
- Active Directory
- SAP
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Custom enterprise systems
- Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams.
- Establish coding standards and ensure high-quality development practices.
- Perform code reviews and architectural validations.
Platform Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, usability, and cost efficiency.
- Optimize workflows, data models, integrations, and automation processes.
Governance, Security & Compliance
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure platform integrity and compliance.
- Manage access controls, role-based security, and data protection standards.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise security policies.
Client Engagement
- Act as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Provide technical consultation and recommendations on process automation and platform capabilities.
- Support customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and design discussions.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Create detailed technical documentation including:
- Architecture diagrams
- Workflow designs
- Implementation guides
- Configuration documentation
Upgrades & Enhancements
- Lead platform upgrades, patching, and release management.
- Ensure smooth transitions with minimal business disruption.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features.
