Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft CRM Developer / Production Support Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, expertise in troubleshooting production issues, and the ability to work closely with business users, support teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure system stability and performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

CRM Development

  • Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, business process flows, and custom integrations.
  • Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and reports.
  • Create and maintain custom web resources using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs and integrate CRM with external applications.

 

Production Support

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
  • Monitor CRM environments and proactively identify system issues.
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues.
  • Analyze root causes and implement permanent fixes.
  • Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Perform data corrections, deployments, and configuration updates as needed.
  • Ensure system availability and meet defined SLAs.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with business users to understand requirements and resolve issues.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Create technical design documents and support documentation.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and integration teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
  • Strong experience in CRM customization and development.
  • Experience providing production support in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with SQL Server and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based CRM deployments.
  • Experience with source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
