Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer/D365 CE Technical Consultant/Power Platform Developer- REMOTE

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Customer Engagement platform development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable CRM solutions, developing custom plugins and workflows, and supporting enterprise business applications.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Power Platform technologies, integrations, and modern Microsoft cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications.
• Develop plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and business process automation.
• Configure entities, forms, dashboards, views, and security roles.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
• Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Create and maintain custom JavaScript, C#, .NET, and REST API integrations.
• Support data migration, deployment, and environment management activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
• Participate in Agile development processes and code reviews.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
• Hands-on expertise with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and plugins/workflows.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 SDK, Web API, and REST services.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems.
• Strong understanding of CRM customization and configuration.
• Experience with Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and data migration tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Power BI and reporting solutions.
• Experience in enterprise CRM implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
