Hiring: QE Automation Lead – Shared SCMS Quality Engineering

We are looking for an experienced QE Automation Lead to build and lead a shared Quality Engineering function supporting PriMA, EPS, PCS, and adjacent SCMS platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation strategy, release quality, AI-enabled testing practices, and enterprise-scale integration validation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive enterprise automation strategy across API, integration, workflow, and regression testing
• Establish release certification standards, defect triage processes, and production-quality feedback loops
• Lead automation initiatives for pricing, payments, and integration-heavy business flows with strong focus on data accuracy
• Mentor engineering and QA teams on reusable automation frameworks, specification quality, and defect prevention best practices
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to communicate quality risks and release readiness
🔹 Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Test Automation with leadership exposure
• Strong expertise in API testing, service orchestration, SQL validation, and CI/CD integration
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or distributed systems environments
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and integration testing strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 AI / Agentic QA Expectations:
• Build guardrails for AI-generated test cases, release validations, and automation workflows
• Leverage AI/agentic systems for test scenario generation, failure analysis, and automation risk detection
• Define measurable quality metrics balancing AI-driven efficiency with mandatory human review processes
🔹 Preferred Skills:
• Experience with pricing, payments, supply chain, or commerce platforms
• Exposure to cloud-native environments and DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of scalable QE governance and enterprise automation standards
