Assistant Network Technician - 3rd Shift (8-Week Project)

Location: 3400 55th Avenue NW, Rochester, MN 55901
Schedule: Sunday night - Thursday night, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Pay: $20/hour
Duration: 8 weeks (potential to extend)

Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Network Technician to support a nationwide network installation project inside Walmart stores. This work involves assisting with the installation of network cabling and equipment, performed overnight on 3rd shift to minimize customer impact.

What You'll Do

You'll support a Lead Network Technician who completes installation tasks from a scissor lift. Your responsibilities include:

• Feeding cable and handing tools/equipment to the Lead Technician
• Monitoring the area around the scissor lift to ensure customer and equipment safety
• Helping maintain a safe and organized work environment during installation activities

Walmart requires an Assistant Technician to be present whenever a lift is in operation-making this role essential for safety and project success.

• Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Comfort working overnight hours

This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
