Job Purpose

The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring overall form, fit, and function of GNSS sensor solutions into internal and external customer products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing system engineering best practices.
  • Define and maintain product level feature specifications, system layout, and documentation.
  • Work closely with architectural team to ensure maximum component scalability and modularity.
  • Understand intended product end user needs.
  • Assist in defining product vision and roadmap.
  • Translate stakeholder needs to product requirements.
  • Define system level features and decompose those requirements into individual subsystem definitions and requirements.
  • Work across multiple engineering disciplines and development teams to coordinate system definition, design, and integration.
  • Responsible for individual product design alignment with multi-product architectural strategy.
  • Ensure product aligns with applicable standards.
  • Work with product verification and validation to ensure system and components perform as needed.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Experienced engineer with 5+ years of career experience, with Bachelor's degree. 3+ years experience with Master's degree. 1+ years experience with PHD. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • GNSS integration and developement experience
  • Furthers knowledge of profession through continued education and/or seeking mentorship.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is $106,725 - $163,645 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
