Overview
We are seeking an Enterprise Applications – Platform Manager to own delivery, support, and evolution across a portfolio of core enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and Workday.
This role carries clear technical ownership and delivery leadership expectations. You will be responsible for ensuring platforms are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned to business needs—while directly leading and developing a team of platform engineers and specialists.
This is not a purely managerial or advisory role. It requires strong hands-on technical judgment, the ability to move fluidly across platforms and stakeholders, and confidence to lead execution end-to-end in environments with competing priorities and imperfect information.
You will operate as a player-coach—setting direction, removing blockers, partnering with business and vendor teams, and ensuring outcomes are delivered without needing excessive oversight.

Responsibilities
● Lead delivery, support, and continuous improvement across ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and Workday platforms.
● Act as the primary technical lead, guiding design decisions, configurations, integrations, and problem resolution.
● Manage and develop a team of platform developers and technical specialists, setting clear expectations and accountability.
● Balance hands-on technical leadership with people management responsibilities.
● Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions across multiple platforms.
● Partner closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize work and align platform capabilities with business objectives.
● Oversee work delivered by managed service providers and external vendors, including quality control and escalation management.
● Ensure adherence to best practices, security requirements, and platform standards.
● Drive architectural discussions and contribute to platform roadmaps.
● Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring availability, performance, and stability.
● Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.
● Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and improved user experience.
● Maintain strong documentation, governance, and operational controls.
● Operate effectively across parallel workstreams and shifting priorities.
● Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
● 7+ years of experience working with enterprise platforms, including at least two of the following: ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Workday.
● 3+ years of experience leading developers, engineers, or platform specialists.
● Strong hands-on technical background designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions.
● Proven ability to lead delivery in fast-paced, multi-platform environments.
● Experience working with managed service providers and external vendors.
● Ability to operate independently, make sound judgment calls, and drive execution forward.
● Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance.
● Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on reliability, usability, and quality outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with platform integrations (APIs, automation tools, data pipelines).
● Exposure to global or multi-business-unit environments.
● Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or enterprise service management practices.
● Platform-specific certifications (ServiceNow, Microsoft, Workday).
● Experience with identity and access management, security controls, or data governance.
● Background in environments where engineering, operations, and business teams collaborate closely.
