About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an Oracle Cloud Fusion Reporting Analyst / Developer to support enterprise reporting initiatives across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role will focus on designing and maintaining operational and financial reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making across multiple business functions.

This is a strong fit for someone with hands-on Oracle Fusion reporting experience who enjoys collaborating with business stakeholders and building scalable reporting solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Design and develop reports using:
- OTBI
- BI Publisher
- Financial Reporting Studio (FRS)
- Smart View
Build dashboards, analyses, and ad-hoc reporting solutions across Finance, HR, Procurement, and related Oracle Fusion modules
Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate outputs, and improve reporting usability
Optimize report performance, accuracy, and scalability
Maintain OTBI subject areas, hierarchies, and reporting structures
Support month-end and year-end reporting cycles
Troubleshoot reporting issues and data discrepancies
Create documentation, reporting definitions, and user guides
Stay current on Oracle Cloud quarterly release updates impacting reporting functionality

Required Experience

3+ years of Oracle Cloud Fusion reporting experience
Hands-on experience with:
- OTBI
- BI Publisher
- FRS
- Smart View
Strong SQL skills for custom reporting and data analysis
Experience supporting at least two Oracle Fusion modules such as:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- HCM
- Procurement
Experience building dashboards and self-service reporting solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

Oracle Fusion security model and row-level reporting security
Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW)
OTBI subject area extensions
Oracle EBS or other ERP platform experience
Oracle Cloud certifications
