Job Description:

Construction Supervisor Location: Varies (Travel Required) Job Summary: The Construction Supervisor will act as the on-site representative for our company, interacting with third-party vendors and contractors daily. The Field Supervisor ensures that all daily plans are executed in accordance with established processes and procedures, following OSHA, electrical, and construction standards, as well as our company's best practices. The Field Supervisor reports directly to the Construction Manager. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with OSHA, electrical, and construction standards. Maintain daily interactions with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure adherence to plans and processes. Monitor and promote safety on-site, ensuring the protection of personnel and equipment. Create daily logs, take daily progress photographs, and communicate updates to the Construction Manager, Project Manager, and site leadership. Manage the installation of electrical components, including cable installation, conduit installation, cable splicing and testing, underground locates, and foundations. Implement and follow Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Travel to project sites across the US with assignments lasting between 4 to 6 months. Meet site work schedules from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with occasional weekend work as needed. Qualifications: Experience in construction, particularly with electrical installations. Knowledge of Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Basic computer skills for creating logs and reports. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Previous military experience (e.g., Navy electricians or engineers) is a plus. Willingness to travel and work on-site when vendors and contractors are present.
