Summary

Role: PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst Location: Woodbridge, NJ - Onsite role Duration: 6+ Months

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience, including at least 2 years on HCM 9.2
Strong experience in Workforce Administration, Benefits, Time & Labor, North American Payroll, and related self-service modules
8+ years of business analyst experience
Experience leading or materially supporting at least one full PeopleSoft HCM upgrade lifecycle as functional lead
Experience supporting integrations and testing
Experience with Application Designer, PS Query, SQL, and related PeopleSoft tools
Working knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central 8.x
Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability
