We are looking for IT Support Associate - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Memphis, TN
Job Title: IT Support Associate - Remote / Telecommute
Job Location: Memphis, TN
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical issues for internal and external customers.
  • Respond to a high volume of support requests with timely and accurate solutions.
  • Provide status updates and follow-up communication to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Document incidents and resolutions accurately in the call tracking system.
  • Assist in real-time issue resolution to minimize downtime and improve user satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on policies, products, and industry trends to deliver accurate support.
  • Provide after-hours support through on-call responsibilities.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in computer systems or technical support roles.
  • Experience supporting proprietary software applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities.
  • Communicate effectively with users and internal teams.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Should Have:

  • Experience with claims management or similar applications.
  • Associate degree in a computer-related field preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle conflict and resolve issues effectively.

Qualification And Education:

  • Associate degree in a computer technology field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
