Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications and working closely with business and technical teams throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Requirement Traceability Matrix.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with developers, QA teams, architects, and project managers.
• Support SIT, UAT, test planning, and defect resolution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.
• Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment with project scope.
• Prepare status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in solution validation and implementation activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience creating BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and MS Office.
• Good understanding of SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with UAT, functional testing, and defect management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or Retail domains.
• Knowledge of BPMN, API requirements, system integration, and data mapping.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.

Education

Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
